US Domestic Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS or UPS depending on the most efficient service for your location.
Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping is available for orders over $35.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Order Tracking: Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.
International Shipping
We are currently not offering international shipping but hope to expand in the future.
Returns
Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

We want you to love your Ayre Label products. If your order arrives damaged or is not as expected, please contact us at hello@ayrelabel.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
To start a return or exchange, email us at hello@ayrelabel.com with your order number and details. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
